Calum Richardson is the owner of the multi-award-winning fish and chip shop, The Bay, and mobile catering company, The Bay On The Road.
He has over 25 years’ experience in the industry, which he dove into after a career in the Royal Navy.
Calum’s passion is helping other hospitality business owners. Calum has hands-on experience, which he has turned into clear strategies to help you avoid the struggle.
Viktorija Richardson
Viktorija handles the day to day running of The Bay, and mobile catering company, The Bay On The Road.
