Payment Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a programme from ForkedUp I confirm that I have read and agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, and I also agree that:

(1) If you choose to pay the Programme fee by instalments, your deposit is non-refundable or transferable and withdrawal from the Program at any time does not release you from your payment obligations and you will still be responsible to pay the balance by monthly payments as agreed.

(2) Once you begin the Programme, none of the Programme fee is refundable or transferable;

(3) There is no credit for missed sessions or for workshops that I attempt to reschedule for any reason; and

(4) Cl2006 Ltd (t/a the bath fish & chips) may contact you, electronically or otherwise, regarding your progress in the Program or to let me know about new products, services, and features.

Terms and Conditions

The materials and concepts of Forked Up 90 Day Program (“Program”) are designed to help you achieve extraordinary goals. In order to assist us in maintaining the unique value you will experience as a participant in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

Conditions of Membership

You agree to participate fully in the program. by attending the weekly coaching sessions wherever possible. There is no credit for missed sessions. This is to ensure you get the most from the program and give you the best possible chance of achieving your goals.

Helping To Protect Our Intellectual Property and Client Confidentiality

You hereby acknowledge that some Information you receive during your participation in this program may be highly sensitive in nature and may also constitute trade secrets of me or other participants in the Program. Therefore, you hereby agree that you have a duty to maintain Confidential Information as confidential and secret. You further acknowledge that disclosure to you of any Confidential Information is made in the strictest of confidence and that you shall maintain Confidential Information as confidential and secret and shall avoid the unauthorised disclosure, use, publication, dissemination or other communication of the Confidential Information to any third party. You shall not disclose, use, publish, disseminate or otherwise communicate, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, at any time or in any manner, any Confidential Information without the prior written consent of me in each instance. Any Confidential Information that you acquire or become acquainted with may not be reproduced, copied, summarised or published in any manner whatsoever without the prior written consent of me in each instance, other than as stated in this Agreement.

Some Of The Rights Reserved

We have the right to reschedule webinars and workshops and/or substitute coaches. We reserve the right to decline or terminate your participation in the Program for any reason at any time, including, for example, for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Responsibility For Your Decisions

The Program is not a substitute for the advice of any of your personal or professional advisors. Therefore, all of your decisions and actions, and their consequences, are entirely your own responsibility.

Release of Liability

You release CL2006 LTD (t/a The Bay Fish & Chips), and their respective officers, directors, owners and employees, from any and all liability arising from or connected to the Program.
